Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing at info@buddha.tours or contact us directly.

Cancellation Charges will apply as follows (unless otherwise specified in your package details):

Time Before Travel Start Date Cancellation Fee
30 days or more 10% of package cost
15–29 days 25% of package cost
7–14 days 50% of package cost
Less than 7 days 100% (No refund)

Note: Some services such as flights, hotel bookings, or rail tickets may be non-refundable based on third-party vendor policies. These details will be communicated at the time of booking.


2. Cancellation by Buddha.tours

In the rare event that Buddha.tours cancels a booking due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, low participation), we will offer one of the following:

  • A full refund

  • A credit note for future travel

  • A no-cost reschedule (if available)


3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds are made to the original method of payment.

  • Any third-party charges (such as payment gateway fees) are non-refundable.


4. No Show / Early Exit

No refunds will be issued for:

  • No-shows at the start of a tour or activity.

  • Early departures or any unused services.


5. Customized Packages

Cancellation terms for customized or group tours may differ and will be provided during the booking process.


6. Force Majeure

Buddha.tours shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or other emergencies.
