  • User Dashboard (if registered on our platform)

2. Delivery Timeline

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received:

  • Tour confirmation documents are shared within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Instant confirmations may be available for select packages.

  • Customized itinerary confirmations may take 2–5 business days depending on complexity and availability.

3. No Physical Shipping

Please note:

  • We do not ship any physical goods.

  • All services and documents are provided digitally.

4. Failed Delivery of Documents

If you do not receive your documents within the promised timeframe:
